This was the Email to TATA-AIG

Hi,

First Case Claim no. >>358628<< -

In this accident I told Rohit Walia (surveyor) that I don't know about how this accident happed because I was in ATM at that particular time.

Impacts of accident informed by Rohit Walia were Back (Wheel Rim) and Right Front (Bonnet, Bumper, Side Panel and Light). "But my car was damaged from undercarriage even and nobody informed me about that"

My car's dead axle was bend [GOD forbid if some mishappening would have happed with me, who was responsible for it]

Over that NEW term which was informed to me by Rohit Walia was you can take claim of only one side of the car. That is either you can take claim of Back wheel rim (as nothing was told to me about dead axle) which is Rs. 1000 or either you can go for Front which is Rs. 15000.

At that particular time he was ready to pay me Rs. 1000 for Wheel Rim in the same situation.

No other option - have to go with terms informed by Rohit Walia. I thought it's just the matter of Rs. 1000, wheel rim can be repaired from outside - let just go for Front Rs. 15000.

In this accident my car went into ditch.

NOW - As because nothing was told to me about dead axle by Rohit Walia, it never got repaired and this accident turned last accident into MAJOR IMPACT on dead axle (Thanks GOD nothing major happed with me otherwise I would have not even come up to you for claim).

Anyhow at that night I managed to come back home by the help of one mechanic who have done some temporary adjustment in car.

Now when I approached Hyundai to get my car repaired - Rohit Walia is telling me "Impact on dead axle was from last accident" we will not pay for dead axel in this case.

Case forwarded to Deputy Manager Akshey Kumar (should be awarded with employee of the year)

Award Name >>>Best for company's profit, least in customer's satisfaction<<<

He is not ready to listen at all, according to him dead axle cannot be damaged in both accidents (He is almighty, without his permission accidents can't occur).

When Amit (Manger in Huyndai) is saying that impact on the Wheel Rim is the reason for damage to dead axle, who is Akshey Kumar to say dead axle cannot be damaged.

I told Akshey Kumar that I am going to report about Rohit Walia and you. And I am going to reopen the First Case (case no. 358628) and make sure it's not under your team, he replied "Don't worry they are going to hand over the case to me" Is that so....?

He Even suggested me get your car repaired from outside and save your claim for the next time. Is that the reason I insured my car from you to get my car repaired from outside...?

Conclusion according to me

I reopen the first case - complaining about Rohit Walia and Akshey Kumar. And requested case should be not under Akshey kumar's team.

I request you to put this case into serious matter and get my car repaired whether you put it in First Case or Second Case.

I need justice - if it's not from you I am going to report this matter to "Consumer Court"
